Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, self-care, and self-empowerment.
Often characterized as a physical exercise, yoga helps to build or maintain body awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Yoga is a breath practice serving to nourish and guide. Yoga is a mental practice and can help one stay present, quiet one's thoughts, and aid in meditation.
STYLES OF YOGA OFFERED
Customizable to your needs, yoga is truly for any body, any age, and any fitness level.




YOGA FLOW
Flowing or “moving through” yoga postures while guided by the breath, this class is offered to any level of yoga experience.
YOGA & CARDIO
The balance, centering, and endurance-based strength of yoga, infused with the cardio, muscle-defining whole-body transformation from IT (Interval Training). This class is available for all fitness levels. Some yoga experience is recommended.
RESTORATIVE & YIN YOGA
Focus is on rest and relaxation as the body is supported with props (for example: blankets, pillows) allowing for the body to open through passive stretching and deep breathing.
CHAIR YOGA
A gentle practice for all experience levels, this yoga class features seated and standing postures. A chair is used for support and to aid one's balance helping make this style of yoga accessible to many.
